Only a small DJGPP issue.  There is a dependency in one of the targets in
the pc/Makefile.tst that makes no sense and aborts the testsuite.  This is
because non posix systems like DJGPP use the shipped Makefile.tst and no
configuration script is run at all to generate a Makefile.  I have been
able to compile gawk an after fixing this minor issue the testsuite passed
except for the test cases known to fail.
