Yes, it does. This page loads in 17 seconds for me (over an ADSL connection)
the first time, in 6 seconds the second time. That's OK.

Firefox 2.0.0.x.

Yes. JavaScript is allowed. (Default Firefox settings, IIRC.)
But then, when I click on "Log In", and at
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/query.cgi?GoAheadAndLogIn=1
enter my login and password and press "Login", the browser loads
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/query.cgi
and burns 30 seconds of CPU time doing so. That is unwelcome.
(May be related to the "Components" list box with several thousands items.)
I stop using a web site when it behaves like this.
