Not here.  This is the GNU utilities bug reporting address.  But you
do not have a bug in any of the utilities.  You probably don't have a
kernel bug either.  If you are running a Darwin kernel does this mean
that you are running Apple's Mac OS X?  If so then you should get
support from Apple.  We here only know about the GNU operating system.

To my eye that looks like a memory failure.  I suggest that you run a
memory test on your system.  If it were a GNU/Linux system I would
suggest memtest86+.  http://www.memtest.org/  I would hope that it
would detect and report a ram failure.  Which would be good because
that would be an easy fix for your system by replacing the faulty ram
module with a different one.  Or if you have multiple modules simply
removing the failed module could restore your system to good operating
order.  Assuming that the problem is a failed ram module.  But that is
my best guess at it.
