[patch] skip one more glade test

Hi,

Gettext-0.18's make check fails in a Linux From Scratch environment due
to a lack of Glade support.  The failing test is the last of the 4 glade
related tests.  Attached is a patch that skips it when glade support
is unavailable.  It's currently being tested in an LFS build but it'll
probably be tomorrow before I can confirm whether it works in our
environment.  Obviously, without glade support, I can't check whether
the test still does the right thing in an environment includes glade
support.
