Hi, If I do (in python): print gettext("") that is sending an empty string to gettext. This is not the normal, but can happen by mistake. The header from the current *.mo file is printed. Is this to be regarded as a bug?
The only bug in this case is the fact that you tried to translate the empty string. gettext() is documented as requiring a non-empty string, and by passing an empty string, you are violating the contract.
