Software bug in PSPP?

Hello, I am wondering whether you might be able to answer a quick question 
about PSPP.  I am wondering whether you have encountered this strange character 
in the output before (as in the second row of the output below).  Is this a bug?

I was thinking this box could be a place value for another 0, based on the data 
below....in each of these cases Asian was .05 and Native Hawaiian was .05% of 
the sample, but that's very odd that the output is substituting that character.
