[bug-gnubatch] GNUbatch Web Interface

Dear all,
I'm trying to run a Web Browser Interface of the GNUbatch, but i'm receiving one error when I try to Log in the interface, I receive the message below:
Error from btjcgi
Cannot open user file
Please press BACK on your browser. 

Any one can help?

I already try strace in the Apache proccess, but nothing was show.
