I have seen this, and I think it is a bug in GTK for Windows, at
other systems there are some arrows buttons beside the tabs which
indicates that there's more tabs. These arrow tabs are not visible
in GTK for windows. This is acctually the reason why I changed the
tabs order. I think its more important that the user finds the
'General' tab than the dice color tab.
