Can someone make a list of all available commands? I thought about
including a separately  (same looking) box in every item for the
commands and an index with links to these boxes.

Feel free. But I guess we have to agree on (at least) similar looking
snapshots. Maybe the best is that someone is doing all screenshots. I
will do it if nobody else is eager to ;-).
 
Gary, you told us that you will rewrite the chapter "Playing a game". I
will do the screenshots for it tonight (same positions as in the old
one).
