Finally got around to updating - things have been rather busy
elsewhere. 

Since the filters aren't tied to a specific evalcontext anymore, is
there any reason not to simply have a command like:

set movefilter <plies> <level> <accept> <extra> <threshold>

And a 'show movefilter' command?
