[Bug-gnubg] Bug: Edit Position during games allows double turns

I'm running the 021114 Build on Windows 2000.

1.  Start a money game session
2.  At any point during the game after you've rolled and moved your
checkers, hit the edit position button on the toolbar.
3.  Hit the edit position button again to exit edit mode.
4.  You can now move your checkers again with the same dice roll.  In fact,
you're forced to move your checkers again.
