It's a reporting error. The previous versions didn't have a separate
Truncation on/off flag and simply decided to report if a rollout was
truncated based on whether or not the Truncation plies was set to 0. I
missed that one when changing the rollout code, so it reports it as
truncated because the plies was set to 11, even though the flag said
not to truncate. I can assure you the rollout was not truncated.

I'm committing a fix now. Thanks for reporting this.
