[Bug-gnubg] Latest Windows build (021127) online

The latest Win32 build is available.

It is compiled partly with MSYS/MinGW (br1.c) and MDOS (as before).

I checked it out myself, and it looks ok. All changes since 021123 are
there.
But I did not test them all.
If anyone (Win32 users ;-)) finds an error, please reply here?
