Part of the confusion may also be because Snowie does it differently. In
Snowie, if one changes the thresholds (there are only two in fact -
error and blunder) the changes are immediately visible in the move list.
I'm pretty sure it doesn't save the marks with the file as changes do
not require one to resave it.
