I agree about not repeating "pts", but we don't want to repeat the
names, either.

How about 
Woolsey 7-2 Readers  (11 Point Match)
11 Point Match: Woolsey 7-2 Readers

Is this a cultural thing? You and I are probably comfortable with this
layout because it's how football scores are always reported in Bitian.
It may be different elsewhere.
