[Bug-gnubg] CVS commit fails

Hi,

I've tried to commit a small patch, but CVS write access fails:

>set HOME=M:\Config
>set CVS_RSH=M:\bin\SSH\ssh.exe
>set CVS_ROOT=:ext:address@hidden:/cvs
>M:\bin\CVS\cvs.exe -z9 commit -F ..\msg gtkgame.c ChangeLog
cvs commit: Empty password used - try 'cvs login' with a real password

cvs [server aborted]: "commit" requires write access to the repository

I believe that I've set up my SSH key correctly (it's in 
M:\Config\.ssh\identity). Checking out works with the same procedure like 
above.
