[Bug-gnubg] New weights not in installation archive?

I just installed the brand new archive.  After the installation I had a
look inside the gnubg folder and noticed that I had the following
weights file:

gnubg.wd (374 924 Bytes) dated 14.02.2003

On the installation page it mentions that I should have a new weights
file: (version 0.13b Mar 19th, 2003)

Can it be that the new weights hasn't been added to the installation
archive or am I doing something wrong?  All other files seem up to date
i.e gnubg.exe is dated 14.04.2003 and the bearoff databases are both
dated 24.12.2002
