[Bug-gnubg] feature request: Simpler edit position settings

In order to set up a position, I often have to go into the Game menu three 
separate times to set cube/dice/turn.  It would be much simpler if one popup 
dialog contained all three setups.  Any reason these couldn't/shouldn't be 
combined?
