Maybe Gnowie?

Jokes aside, maybe the right way is indeed to adopt a brand name that not
necessarily includes the GNU part.  After all, emacs and some other fine
pieces of software from GNU don't contain it in their "brand" names.

My suggestions are:

Tric Trac (an ancient French name for the game)
or Guffy (a player's one point)
or Six Prime (obvious).
