In that case, these files need to be changed also:

/doc/gnubg.xml line 14
/doc/stamp-vti line 3, line 4
/doc/version.texi line 3, line 4
/po/address@hidden line 30
/po/en_us.po line 6
readme line 1, line 138
news line 1 (read 15 Jan, yet 0.14 was released 030610)
configure (yes, it is created by autoconf, but the CVS file has 10
occurences of 0.13)

BTW: changing 0.13 to 0.14 on my web pages (and in the builds)
