[Bug-gnubg] Win32 builds - no more yymmdd in filenames

The builds gnubg, gnubg-nogui and gnubg_nofree don't have yymmdd in their
filenames anymore.
>From now on the latest builds will overwrite the existing files (gnubg.exe,
gnubg-nogui.exe, gnubg_nofree.exe).

The webpage is adapted to say: 'Make backup of gnubg.exe' in stead of 'How
to change from yymmdd to ...'

gnubg_nofree.exe will be abandoned soon (that is, is freetype-6.dll will be
used to link the Win32 builds).

The builds 'stable pre-release 0.13' aren't available anymore. It seemed
there was too much confusion between the development builds and the stable
ones.

Version 0.13 is changed to 0.14.
