Olivier Baur (olivier.baur at noos.fr) volunteered for the French
translation some weeks ago. I don't know if there is any progress --
it's quite a huge task to translate the close to 3,000 texts in gnubg.

Anyway, if you want to help you should probably contact Olivier Baur for
coordination.
