I like this suggestion best, of all the ones I've seen. I don't think
you need "(above|below CP)", since it's implicit in the take/pass
description.
Alternatives terms that come to mind are:
"Wrong double (above TG)" could be "Missed play-on"
"Missed double/pass (above CP)" could be "Missed cash"
These would give a very succinct set of descriptions, useful where space
is tight:
Wrong double
Missed play-on
Missed double
Missed cash
Perhaps these are too colloquial, though.
I've often wondered whether thee should be a "Correct play-on" category.
I know this is an area where I mess up frequently.
