[Bug-gnubg] Rollout data not displayed in no-gui version

When a rollout is in progress on the no-gui version, the Win/Loss/Gammon % 
numbers and  std error data are no longer visible while the rollout is in 
progress.  They used to be there, updated after each trial

I have tested this when rolling out a position. I haven't tried rolling out a 
cube decision or analysed move.

This prevents me from running a long rollout & stopping it when I see a useful 
std err.
