[Bug-gnubg] no-gui error message

I'm trying to use the Dueller program to run some matches but it fails after opening the no-gui exe, the last line of which reads:

'import site' failed; use -v for traceback

I don't remember seeing this when I last used the no-gui
(which was probably with the 0.13 weights)

It may be totally unrelated but I wanted to check it out anyway.
