[Bug-gnubg] Double categorization updated

Hi all,

I've committed earlier changes for categorizing doubles according to 
Massimiliano's suggestion.
There are 2 categories each for missed and wrong doubles separated by the 
cash point:
     Wrong double  (below DP)
     Wrong double  (above TG)
     Missed double (below CP)
     Missed double (above CP)

The technical problem with the array aaarPointsMatch still persists, 
though. However, I found out that the entries are only swapped when called 
from CashPoint() and not when called from TheoryUpdated() in gtktheory.c. 
So I suppose I set up something incorrectly. But I can't figure out what. I 
looked at TheoryUpdated() and ResetTheory() and think I do the same in 
CashPoint(), but it seems not to be the case.
