[Bug-gnubg] Translation into Russian Language

To whom it may concerned,

I'm not sure that somebody else has not contacted you before with eagerness 
to translate GNUbg into Russina language. If not so, I'm ready to do this 
job, since I see that many players from former Soviet Union would be very 
happy to use GNUbg, however, lack of knowledge of English prevents them from 
doing this.

If you need any information on my backgammon and GNUbg experience as well as 
English-Russian translation qualification, I will provide it.

Please advise.
