First - create an account on

   https://savannah.gnu.org

Then someone with administrator rights - Joern or Oystein maybe - can
give you CVS commit priveleges. 

You'll need a version of CVS with SSH support and you'll need to give
your ssh public key for your account. I'd guess that Nardy, Oystein or
Holger probably know exactly what software you need for Windows.

I've commited your file with one micro-change - just before the header
on line 9 was a 

#, fuzzy

which is apparently not a good thing to have according to msgcon, so I
removed it before committing.

It also pointed to a small bug in drawboard.c, which assumed that the
translated version of 'bar' and 'off' would be 3 bytes long, which
broke the UTF-8 translation of 'off'. I've committed a fix for
this. It looks like it could well be displaying in Icelandic for me at
any rate.
