I had a quick look at this and it's not easy to add.  I think the list-tree 
control of gtk 2 would do it, but obviously we're still using 1.3 for 
windows...

I'm a bit busy at the moment and my machine with cvs access has been 
"upgraded" to windows xp, and it doesn't seem to work anymore, so I won't 
be doing much gnubg coding for the next couple of weeks.
