Hi folks,
just received the december issue of the german magazine
"Linux-User".
There is a large article (3 pages) about playing backgammon with
Open Source software written by Stephan Lamprecht. Besides xgammon,
bgblitz and kbackgammon (for playing on fibs) gnubg is also mentioned
as one of the strongest programs with a lot of features for
professional players. Included are a snapshot and the url
www.gnubg.org.
http://www.linux-user.de/, but the new issue isn't available yet.
Ciao
Achim
PS. If someone is interested, I can scan the article and send it
online.
