[Bug-gnubg] Czech translation of gnubg started

Hello!

I would like to announce that I have started working on a translation of 
gnubg to Czech (language code cs). I have quite a lot of work already done, 
and I would like to ask someone to add cs to the language list of gnubg.
As I do the work on Windows, I would like to ask whether there are any 
special considerations with that (as this is mentioned in the i18n FAQ). I 
have not seen any significant problems during my testing.
I have found some small bugs/problems relevant to the translation, I will 
post them to the Savannah system.
