[Bug-gnubg] A couple of PR requests

I had a couple of requests regarding the Player Records.

My Player Records is already several hundred players full, and often,
navigating through the list can be slow and inconvenient due to its
size. Could someone add a simple letter shortcut to jump to specific
parts of the list? i.e. The list is open and I press 'M' so it jumps to
the first player starting with an 'M'. This would certainly make things
easier for those who make serious use of the list.

The second is a request to include the estimated FIBS rating. Right now,
it is the number one stat I use to estimate a player's performance, and
would be an *extremely* welcome addition to the numbers provided in the
Player Records. I rather imagine that it could easily take the error
rates already present in the Player Records, and provide the estimated
FIBS rating by applying the formula to them. If this is regarded
problematic due to adding a new value, this could be done on the fly so
that when clicking on a player in the list, it would display the
estimated FIBS rating in the stats, without ever making any permanent
changes to the records.
