I haven't noticed any either, I think I've fixed almost all of them.There is an occasional lowering of quality in the anti-aliased areas but it is subtle.
That's quite a change - about a 30x speed up in drawing rate.
Your timings seem a bit strange, but I get up to 5-10 times improvement in some areas. The actual improvement will vary by machine and depends on your software renderer and cpu speed (for unaccelerated computers).
I may well make some more improvements (dice rolls and speeding up point making+bearing off).
