Could it be something to do with the left click being to move the higher die, 
then realising it should move the lower die because the higher die has already 
been moved? (I have the option to display high die first enabled.) Perhaps it 
happens all the time but usually too fast to see.

I've checked in a fix (hopefully). The code marked the 2nd chequer on 8 as moved before checking if the move was valid, the timing is very unlikely though.
