The problem is it involves some large data files, so it is not possible
to do this on my personal site.

Ideal would be alongside the GNUbg project itself, in a way that will
not inconvenience other users. That way we will have version control as
well.
Currently we use cvsroot /cvsroot/gnubg and module gnubg. Perhaps it's
possible to make a new module gnubg-nn (or similar)? That way you can
"cvs checkout gnubg" to get the gnubg sources and "cvs checkout
gnubg-nn" to get the neural training code/files.
