[Bug-gnubg] BUG/FEATURE REQUEST: Reviewing cube decisions in analysed matches.

When you step through an analysed match move-by-move with the Match
Record and Analysis panes open, the cube decision tab only opens when
there is a flagged error. If the cube action is correct, the board is
shown without dice roll, but with the move analysis. This is confusing.

If you are showing the board pre-roll, the cube action tab should be
displayed. 
If you are showing the board with the dice roll, then the move tab
should be displayed, (as at present).

If the player has no access to the cube, or it is dead, then it would be
a nicety to automatically skip the pre-roll display and simply show the
roll and the move analysis. This would be analogous  to the way FIBS
automatically rolls for you when the cube is dead.
