[Bug-gnubg] converting (new) gnubg.weightsgnubg.wd

Hi folks,

when compiling gnubg.weights (the new file) is converted to
gnubg.wd. But the new file is only 8 bytes small (attached). I used
the gnubg.wd from Oysteins windows build, this works fine.
