[Bug-gnubg] DLL hell revisited |

Building gnubg on Win32 is not an easy task, mainly because
of dll hell. To save others from pains I'm through I've
produced a document [2]. It's a snapshot of my finetuned,
private DLL hell. Maybe it is useful as a kick-off for a
common set of runtime and compile time libraries as well. I'm
in no way claiming it's the best set of DLL, but it's working
100% for me on MSVC. There are three libs which are not
available in a useable form on the web, you find those at [1].

PS: This is a resent message, as I sent it from the wrong sender
adress but it did not bounce. It also does not show in the list
archive after the night. Apologies if this is sent twice now.
