Hi,

I'm forwarding this to the list, as automake and autoconf and that stuff
isn't my strongest field.... Hopefully someone else can help you out.
There's probably something going on since both you and Matja gets the
same error.

Dear Öystein,
(sorry - no /O in my Finnish keyboard, have to use our equivalent Ö)

I have been very happy user of GnuBG on my x86 (Gentoo) linux box as
well as in Windows, thanks for the great work!

I am continuing from your message in
http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/bug-gnubg/2006-01/msg00034.html

I have tried to compile GnuBG for my amd64 (Gentoo linux) box with the
following results:

1) 14.3 compiles, but segfaults (like Matija writes in
http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/bug-gnubg/2006-01/msg00029.html)

2) CVS tarball gnubg-0.15-20060213.tar.gz does not compile with the
followin errors:

cd . && /bin/sh /var/tmp/portage/gnubg-0.15/work/gnubg-0.15/missing

I'll attach a snip from emerge info which might contain some useful details:

The bottom line: Is there anything I can do to help? I am no great C
guru, but I can do testing and try out things on my amd64.
