and so do the other make*.c files. More importantly NeuralNetLoad in
eval.c is no longer protected, this may lead to problems for people
loading neuralnets in text format when using locales that uses comma
instead of point. If you touch the files in gnubg/lib, glib would have
to be included when make the lib.
