[Bug-gnubg] Some non-source files are managed by cvs

Is there a reason for credits.c, sgfl.c, sgfp.c, sgfp.h and copying.c (and 
mybe other I missed) to be managed by cvs ?

All these files are supposed to be created from other source files during 
the build, aren't they ?
