[Bug-gnubg] Error compling gnubg: no credits.h

I'm trying to compile gnubg using Jon Kinsey's script.

I am failing a this point:

Compiling gnubg.c
gnubg.c:112:21: credits.h: No such file or directory

Credits.h does indeed not exist  - I have  a credits.sh that tells me 
credits.c is made from credits.sh.

How do I get this to work?
