There is no direct way to get this information directly from
gnubg. However, all the data you want is available from a .sgf file
saved after analysing the match. Getting the data out is a bit of a
challenge, I could write a python script to do this (in fact, it would
be easier for me to write it than to describe what's needed). Getting
information for doubling actions is more problematic - I'm not sure
how to do that from a .sgf file.

If there's sufficient interest, I'll try writing such a script.
