Hi Jorma,

There should be no difference between the GUI and CLI versions. If they 
are installed in the same directory, they should both use the same 
weights and settings.

Can you check the Match ID in both versions; particularly the cube 
position. It looks like the CLI version is expecting a double/pass on 
the next move, whereas the GUI is Too-Good-To-Double.
I can think of two possible reasons:
1) The cube is already turned in the GUI version.
2) The CLI version has the Jacoby rule enabled but the GUI version does not.
