[Bug-gnubg] Cube has moved to side of board

I've moved the doubling cube to the side of the 3d board (and made it slightly 
smaller and the 2 digit numbers smaller).  For me this is the most standard 
position for the cube.

I thought I'd get some feed back before I looked at moving the 2d cube as well 
(or potentially moving the 3d cube back if there's a convincing reason).

I'm then thinking of switching the bar pieces to the inner board for each 
player, as again I think this is the more standard location.
