[Bug-gnubg] New packages for MacOS 10.5

Hi folks,

I finally built two packages for MacOS 10.5 (using the system package  
manager).

http://www.acepoint.de/downloads/gnubg.pkg
http://www.acepoint.de/downloads/gnubg_all.pkg

The first package contains only gnubg files (all located in /opt/ 
local/) and expects the necessary libraries being installed in /opt/ 
local/lib. The second package also contains all libraries besides  
python and X11.

This is for testing only, please send feedback to this mailing list or  
via pm.
