The set limit command was removed. In the past fe days. What Is happening is
that the set limit command saved to gnubgautorc by previous releases is not
understood. To clear this simply load gnubg, save settings (you don't need
to actually make any changes) and then relaunch gnubg.

I will have to do a build on my MAC this afternoon to verify.
