Strange I can't reproduce it with this windows release (And I know Max
hasn't rebuilt it). I played a human vs human match. After a few rolls I
made a bad cube and made a bad pass, then clicked end game to finish off the
match. Analyzes it.. Shows highlighted as bad cube/bad pass. I save it to an
SGF file. I exit. I load gnubg, open the sgf file, all highlights are in
place. I clear the analysis (Analyze/Clear Analysis/Match or Session menu
item). All the highlights are gone. I tried a few matches that have bad
passes and similar results. I think I must be missing something.

Max can you send me an SGF file that I can reproduce this with? Thanks.
