Sounds like a good idea to me.

Get basic Analysis and Eval settings in the same dialog, with
predefined settings
acting on both chequer and cube, plus the button(s) for the detailed dialog.

In the Eval settings, on top of the basic predefined ones, I would also add
a setting "Same as analysis" in the dropdown.

Personally, I would also rename the "Eval" settings to "Hint" settings,
as "Eval" does not make it clear that the settings act on the Hint feature.
