Demon Internet Netherlands was purchased by XS4all Netherlands in 2007,
at which point I no longer had any access to the ftp service. I have
emailed xs4all's support desk (I am a customer there) to ask how I can
upload the files and have them replace the ones currently
on their ftp server.
